Welcome to 100 North, a Clearwater event and conference center. We offer a flexible event experience for your next event. Unlike hotels that overcharge for venue space and impose steep mandatory room and food/beverage requirements, we provide a flexible and welcoming event experience that is convenient and affordable. You can customize everything in your event so that it’s perfect for you and your guests.

Weekday rentals are $3,150
(Monday to Thursday)
Weekend rentals are $4,150
(Friday to Sunday)
All rental periods are 24 hour time blocks.
