What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes access to the 2,800 sq/ft event space for the duration of your booking, free wifi, large newly renovated café, convenient parking and plenty of cold storage.

Can we rent for just a portion of the day?

No, at this current time we cannot accommodate partial day rentals and only offer rentals for the full day. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a maximum guest limit?

Yes, the maximum capacity for the 100 North Event Space is 175 guests. Please ensure your guest count stays within this limit for a comfortable and safe event for you and your guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 75 days before the event to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 75 days of the event, your deposit will not be refunded. Please refer to the rental agreement for more details on our cancellation terms.

Can we hold a wedding at the venue?

Yes! The 100 North Event Space is perfect for weddings, receptions, and other formal events. We can accommodate a variety of setups and configurations to fit your needs.

What are the setup and cleanup procedures?

Renters are responsible for setting up and arranging the event space according to their needs. Cleanup is also the renter’s responsibility, including removing decorations, clearing trash, and restoring the venue to its original condition.
